Introducing SlamFix: 1/2" BSPP (G1/2) Inline Hydraulic Flow Restrictor
SlamFix is a compact inline hydraulic flow restrictor designed to slow down fast-moving tractor implement hydraulics on compatible 1/2" BSPP (G1/2) hydraulic connections.
It typically installs inline between the hydraulic hose end and the hydraulic quick coupler that plugs into the tractor. This is a common connection point on imported tractor implements where hydraulic movement can be too quick, abrupt, or difficult to control.
What SlamFix helps solve
If your ditch bank flail mower, side-shift mower, hydraulic top link, hydraulic side link, grapple, or other implement moves too fast when using your tractor’s hydraulic remote, SlamFix helps reduce oil flow through the line for slower, smoother, and more controlled movement.

Where It Installs
Between the hose end and quick coupler.
SlamFix is designed for the threaded connection between the implement’s hydraulic hose end and the quick coupler that plugs into the tractor. It is not selected by quick coupler body size alone.
Typical sequence: hose end → bonded washer → SlamFix → bonded washer → hydraulic quick coupler.

Helps slow hydraulic angle or reach movement for easier mower-head positioning.
Useful when small remote-valve movement shifts the implement faster than expected.

How It Works
Less flow. More control.
SlamFix uses a fixed orifice to reduce the amount of hydraulic oil that can pass through the fitting. Installed inline between the hose end and quick coupler, it slows hydraulic movement so the implement is easier to adjust.

Important Fitment Note
This fitting is for 1/2" BSPP (G1/2) parallel thread hydraulic connections. BSPP is not the same as NPT, JIC, SAE ORB, or metric hydraulic thread. Please verify your thread type before ordering.
The size of the quick coupler alone does not confirm the thread type. The important connection to verify is the threaded connection between the hydraulic hose end and the quick coupler. That connection may be BSPP, NPT, JIC, ORB, metric, or another fitting style.
